Does your employer have an ilumen account?
Yes: If your organization has an ilumen account, and you are still unable to log in, try the following:
- Reach out to your internal ilumen program lead. This would be someone in your organization, often in the HR department, who is managing your mental wellness initiatives.
- Contact our technical support department. Click on the ‘note’ icon in the upper right corner, and select ‘Start A Conversation’. Please provide the following information:
- Your name (First, Last)
- Your work email address
- Your mobile device make and model (ex: iPhone 6s Plus)
- Your current geographic location
